The Application applies to these requirements (1.) Already an established client of record or business known to Beautifully Well PLLC and (2.) Resident/Event is located 30 minutes or more beyond city limits. (3) After Applying for the service wait for processing (4) Email follow-up.
Safety and protection is our top priority. If you are a non business, the service never enters the residents domain. And you have to be capable of entering the mobile office since the service is coming to you. Please allow 6 weeks notice before the upcoming event. Expect a fee of $1/mile starting from city limits to clients desired location. Payment will be expected in full no less than 48 hours before scheduled event. Confirmations and appointment reminders will be sent out.
Cancelation Policy: Please allow 48 hours notice to cancel or make changes through the web or app only. Cancelling through phone calls or text messages are not accepted. After 48 hours there will be no refunds. If the appointment reminders are not confirmed before 48 hours and no payment in full before the 48 hour deadline the appointment will be considered automatically cancelled.
